Cornhole recognized the need to optimize its digital marketing efforts to match its rapid growth. They sought a new partner to refine their online presence, enhance their data strategy, and, most importantly, drive a significant increase in conversions and revenue. The primary goals were to improve key performance metrics across Google and Meta platforms and build a more robust, data-driven foundation for future growth.

Our strategy for Cornhole began with a deep dive into their existing digital ecosystem, including their online campaigns, website analytics, and customer data. We focused on building a stronger, more efficient framework for their marketing efforts.
Thorough Analysis: We conducted an in-depth analysis of Cornhole's previous campaigns to identify areas of both strength and opportunity. We specifically looked at ad costs, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of their ad creatives.
Strategic Campaign Development: We strategically expanded and optimized their Google Search presence by launching four new search campaigns and a new DemandGen experiment. We also initiated and overhauled Performance Max (pMax) campaigns to maximize reach and efficiency. On the Meta side, we refined their targeting to improve precision and reach. In total, we made over 10,000 account changes to fine-tune campaign performance.
Data-Driven Creative and Analytics: We prioritized improving the client's data infrastructure. This involved implementing new conversion tracking, updating bidding strategies with enhanced conversions, and de-duping data in their tag container. We also created 34 new creative variations and six new video variations to test what resonated best with their audience.
First-Party Data Integration: We established a stronger first-party (1P) data strategy. We created a new SKU catalog for their Meta campaigns and applied two new cross-platform 1P data lists from Klaviyo to improve retargeting precision and campaign effectiveness.

Improved Ad Efficiency: We were able to decrease ad costs by 7% while simultaneously increasing conversion value by 7% and average order size by 32%. This shows a significant improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS).
Enhanced Campaign Performance: Our work led to a 17% increase in their average ad rank, improving visibility and market position. We also successfully increased their reach on Meta by 3.5% and launched a new YouTube channel to expand their audience.
Solidified Data Foundation: The implementation of improved conversion tracking, new dashboards, and the effective use of first-party data built a robust and scalable data foundation, enabling Cornhole to make more informed marketing decisions moving forward.
